We welcome and consider all enrolment applications. As part of the application process, families are strongly encouraged to attend either an Open Event at the College or a College Tour. Submit the application form, which must be signed by both parent(s)/ guardian(s). An Enrolment Pack may be obtained by contacting our Enrolments Team at the College on 9467 2499 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Application forms can also be downloaded here.
To be considered for the first round of interviews for both Prep 2021 and Year 7 2021, please refer to the dates above. Families are still welcome to apply after these dates, but positions may be limited. For all other year levels, applications are welcome throughout the year.
Parents and guardians are requested to fill out the Application Form as completely as possible. This will help the College assess how we can best meet your family’s educational needs.
The application must be lodged with:
1. Pastoral Reference Letter from your Minister
2. A copy of the last two School Reports (dependent on the age of the student)
3. Most recent NAPLAN reports (if applicable)
4. A copy of the Certificate of Immunisation
5. A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate or Extract of Entry or a copy of the student’s Passport
6. A credit reference letter from the student's previous school or pre-school
7. $100 application fee (per child).
The application is assessed, and if there are places available, a family interview will be arranged by phone or email, within the next 30 days. Applications for future years are interviewed a maximum of three (3) school terms prior to the intended start date.
Northside Christian College accepts transfer students on a case-by-case basis. Applications are accepted throughout the year and offers are subject to availability.
Please note, an application is a prerequisite to admission, but not a guarantee of admission. Enrolment Applications are accepted up to two years in advance of the intended start date.
If the College is likely to be able to offer the required place or a place on the waiting list, the Enrolments Team will arrange an interview with the Principal/Deputy Principal and/or Director of Learning, parent(s)/guardian(s) and the student(s) and a Financial Interview with the Business Manager.
If the interview is successful, a written offer will be made for each child applying. To accept the offer, parents must promptly sign and return the Acceptance of Enrolment Form to the Enrolments Team, along with the $300 non-refundable Acceptance Fee (per family).
For the latest information on the availability of places at Northside Christian College, to book a tour, or to make a general enrolment enquiry, please contact our Enrolments Team on 03 9467 2499 or by email at email@example.com.
