Northside Christian College is a rapidly growing school with big ambitions for each student. The College is set in a tertiary education precinct in the City of Whittlesea in Bundoora, Victoria. Learning Support Assistants

Full-time or Part-time, commencing January 2021.

Closing date: Friday 4th December at 4pm. Interviews held in the week of the 7th December.

Job Description
The College is seeking an experienced School Psychologist and/or Counsellor as our new Head of Student Wellbeing to work across all year levels in the school. The position is full-time.

You will have tertiary qualifications in either Psychology or Counselling, and demonstrated experience working positively to support emotional wellbeing and the mental health needs of students in an educational setting. A working understanding of trauma informed education and experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds will be beneficial in this role. A sound understanding of child protection legislation and guidelines as applied to schools, and the ability to work in a school team are essential criteria. Applicants must provide a current WWCC and Police Record Check. Salary will be negotiated in accordance with experience and qualifications.
